Q:What are your hours of operation?
A:
Our facility is open to serve you Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time and Friday from 7:00AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
 
 
Q:How do I get emergency service?
A:
Call us at (843) 747-5738 during our normal working hours or  (843) 570-9849 after hours or weekends. Someone is always on call and we'll try to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
 
 
Q:What are the ways I find the product I need on the website?
A:
Click on a product category to see a list of subcategories and available items. You may also enter a keyword or phrase in the search box where it says "search here" and you will see a list of references where your keyword appears in our product database. Of course, you can always contact us if you can't find what you need.
 
 
Q:I need a hose/gasket now-how fast can I get one?
A:
We can fabricate many gaskets/hoses while you wait if need be.
 
 
Q:How long will I have to wait to get my parts, material or supplies?
A:
We usually have the product on the shelf and can supply it same day in emergency situations.
 
 
Q:How do I get to your facility?
A:
From I-26 take I-526 towards Mt. Pleasant. Exit at the North Rhett exit, make a left onto North Rhett. Cross over Remount Road and the railroad tracks and we are on your left. Our address is 1024 Bankton Circle, Hanahan, SC 29410.
 
 
Q:Do you sell to individuals or just companies?
A:
We sell to individuals as well as companies/contractors. Our counter service area is open to all, and all get the same great service!
 
 
Q:Can you ship to out of town/state addresses?
A:
We have a full shipping department that can ship anywhere!
 
 
Q:How can I get a quote?
A:

Q:What credit cards do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express.
 
 
Q:We need help to assess all the needs in our plant. Do you have someone that can come to us?
A:
We have outside salesmen that can do on-site surveys. Just contact us and we'll arrange a visit as soon as possible.
 
 
Q:If I need onsite assistance, who do I contact?
A:
Any one of our sales associates can get you in touch with the right person.
